Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AutoWorks AI website and any services you purchase from us. By accessing our site, submitting a contact form, or signing a service agreement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Who we are

AutoWorks AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a marketing services business based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We provide done-for-you websites, lead automation, reputation management, and related digital marketing services for local businesses.

Services we provide

We describe our services on our website and in individual service agreements. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the written proposal or agreement you sign before work begins. Any changes to scope must be agreed to in writing by both parties.

Client responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may need you to:

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information we request
• Review and approve deliverables within the timeframes we agree on
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, logos, or materials you provide
• Comply with applicable laws, including marketing and telemarketing rules

Delays caused by missing client feedback or materials may extend timelines and are not considered a breach by AutoWorks AI.

Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Recurring services are billed according to the schedule stated in your agreement. One-time projects are invoiced according to milestones. Late payments may result in paused work or removal of published assets after reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, we grant you ownership of custom creative deliverables we produce specifically for you, such as website designs and copy written for your business. We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, templates, tools, and processes. You grant us a limited license to use your brand assets solely to perform the services.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide the services. Likewise, you agree not to disclose our proprietary methods, pricing, or internal processes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoWorks AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms stated in that agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed through the termination date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
